From 15+ years in clinical healthcare operations to data analytics and IoT development. I build tools that turn raw data into clear decisions — for farms, families, and beyond.
I spent over a decade in clinical healthcare — starting as an EKG tech, advancing to polysomnography technologist, and eventually leading sleep and pulmonary services as Regional Service Lead at Kaiser Permanente Northwest.
Healthcare operations taught me something most data analysts don't learn in school: data only matters if the people who need it can actually use it. Dashboards that clinicians ignored. Reports that never changed decisions. I watched it happen constantly.
Now based in Klamath Falls, OR — I'm pursuing a B.S. in Data Analytics at WGU while building real projects that bridge my clinical background with technology: soil sensors for local farmers, mobile apps, and IoT dashboards that actually get used.
Real-time soil moisture and environmental monitoring for Southern Oregon farmers. Built on LoRaWAN (Dragino LHT65N-E3), ChirpStack, MQTT, and a Node-RED dashboard — delivering field data that reduces guesswork while respecting farmer experience.
A Disney park companion app built in Expo + React Native. Works fully offline in the park. Includes ride tracker, food guide, day planner, and custom birthday theme. Deployed via EAS Update — no app store required.
Pursuing a B.S. in Data Analytics with focus on applied analytics, data visualization, and SQL. Projects and coursework available on GitHub.
